iPod 30 GB Photos Not Visible?

ive tried uploading pictures on my ipod before, it has worked, but now since about 2-3 weeks ago any time i try to upload them it tells me the pics cant be displayed on my ipod so when i go to photos all i get is an all white blank picture. can i fix this?? if not can i just git it replaced since i have a warranty on it?

change the format of the pictures. or try updating the ipod software.
