Humayun, Shah Jahan and Bahadur Shah
The reason for their dethroning is very simple- Power Hunger.

It was the last emperor,Bahudar Shah Zaffar,whose throne was usurped by the Britishers and he was exiled to Rangoon,Burma where he died.
