yes as a matter of fact, simply watch Joe Lieberman in Connecticut.....a dem all his life, ran as a VP candidate and also for president as a dem.....now left the dem party since he supports BUSH 100% and even wants us to invade iran...and palistine...to help Israel..isnow running as an Independant...since the dems voted him down in the primary....just so he can do whatever it takes to continue to help Israel
