where does the scottish phrase "tumble your wilkies" come from and whats the reason?

i dont know the reason or why it came about but it basically means a forward roll,im scottish and i used to tumble my wilkies all the time!

It means a forward head roll, or somersault and could possibly (in a country where they produce so many doctors) refer to Wilkies syndrome, which is an extrinsic compression of the duodenum. After all, when you do a forward head roll, you are compressing your duodenum, among other things!
