He has a vision for our country, and he wanted to bring the level of the Presidency back to decency after the Clinton moral debacle.
Sadly, many people would rather see a President who is morally bankrupt and weak on leadership and foreign policy like Clinton was, rather than a strong man with principles and morality like Bush.

Because his handlers told him he would do a good job. He's a power-mad, egotistical, ineffective, functional illiterate who will believe anything anyone tells him. Someone told him to become a born-again Christian, court the Christian right (which is always wrong), and he could be President. And now, we're all suffering because of it.

He felt that since ol' daddy didn't get to finish what he started because the American people got smart and voted him out that he would run and finish his fathers work. he is nothing but a pawn for his father to tell him what to do. with out his Father telling him what to do, he would be nothing.

I am still waiting for him to become one. He is just bent on pushing his right wing agenda. I really think it was because he wanted to show his ole man that he would be better at it.
