Don't believe everything you hear! #1 there is a GREAT DEAL of money at stake here!! The man had a healthy and successful marriage for the majority of his adult life. He is in his 60's. I sincerely doubt he suddenly became an abusive husband! Actions speak louder than words. That's why a judges first question is "Any Priors?"
