I doing homework on The Constitution of the United States. I need a case or an news article where the constitution was in question such as "Freedom of Speech" etc.

Take your pick. Do a search for any Supreme Court cases. Any review by the Supreme Court is, by definition, a case that involves the portioning of Constitutional rights. That is how all of the arguments presented to them is framed.
