When Ortega did the elections in his country the international monitors including USA had to say they were fair, in fact a prime example of a fair election. And Ortega did not get deposed by force but lost an election years later and handed over his government, just like in any other real democracy. His counrtry also allowed freedom of the press with less interference than Israel or even the USA.

I got no problems with Daniel Ortega.
The USA needs to mind its own business, and stay out of Nicuragua's political affairs. The country is participating in a free election process.
If the USA would of stayed out of its affairs the last time he was democratically elected, Nicuragua would of been a lot better off.
