Like under your toolbar......what do i click???

IE 7 has this my default... If you are using Internet explorer 6, you can download the latest version of Internet explorer: 7. If you don't want IE7 you can download the latest Windows Live toolbar, or the Yahoo toolbar, which also has tabs... Or you can get Mozilla Firefox, a new browser which is pretty good.. many more options available.. Feel free to ask for any help you need.

Install Yahoo! toolbar. Thats all. You will get tabs in your Internet Explorer.

you can upgrade you internet explorer to version in microsoft's website
