Does he only owe Belinda an apology or all Canadian women? Or, do you believe he didn't make the "dog" comment?
My view: he has made a very stupid mistake; one so serious that he needs to accept it, apologize and perhaps step-down as the Foreign Affairs Minister

Of course he owes her an apology, but chances are he will not apologize since he denying making that comment. He will probably not step down either, but since the Conservatives are losing support among women in Canada, it would help them if he were to step down or at least offer an apology

Should he apoligise for the comment technically no. But where the comment was made, yes. As a politician you are held to a higher level. If the comment was made off a whim in the media while in home riding then it is a bit more understanding of why. Stronach now has the name leafblower, here in canada at least Ontario. The liberals are not handling it right, and how many woman insult men even in media. Look at parrish she called American "Bastards" and she was a liberal.

They (libs / Ndp) are making this a womansright issue, when it really is an issue of decore in the commons. And the intelligent woman out there will know this is not an insult to woman, it was an insult to the "leafblower".

It isn't even the issue.Belinda has ruined her membership in the girls club but sleeping with another woman's guy. Now she sees this opportunity to act like she is defending women and she is all over it.You didn't see that?????She's as phony as they come . You wouldn't happen to be a Liberal by chance now would ya..lol...

I believe he said it, should he apologize, yes he should, because admitting to it, the public will respect for it even though what he said is true, anyway she has the Enforcer to protect her.
