Relax and take some Tylenol to get the fever down, and make sure you drink plenty of water. If it persists for longer than 24- 48 hours call your doctor. You might just have a flu or something, but it never hurts to check...

Best of luck

Long term exposure to high heat is dangerous to the baby, especially the earlier on you are in pregnancy.

Generally if youre fever is well over 100 degrees for more than a day or two it can effect the baby. Take some tylenol to get rid of the fever, and call your OB's office and ask what to do.

Moms get sick while pregnant, and as long as you're not running a dangerously high fever the baby will be okay. Just check with your OB to be safe about what you should do.

Take a cool shower. It will cool your body temp.

Fever can affect a fetus in the early stages (much like bath that is too hot can.) You are far enough along that it shouldn't. However, a fever could be a signal to many things and you should inform your doctor before you do anything for it. Also fever can be caused by dehydration so try drinking 3 glasses of water and see if that helps. Take care and Congrats!

A high fever can affect your unborn baby, but 101.3 is not anything to worry about. When a woman is pregnant, her body temperature is higher than normal. If you're really worried, call your doctor. That's what she's there for.

Usually pregnancy protects the mother more than during normal times... a great gift of nature ! Unless a person was not able to be careful, even viruses do not affect.
Fever does affect the child , and the results may show off even as late as adulthood of the child, making the trace-back of cause a bit difficult... Even it is difficult to take normal doses of medicines ! A good specialist should be consulted, and a mention should be made about desire to avoid late after effects on the child !

The fever is not the thing that you should be worried about but what a fever means is that you have some kind of virus or invection so i would recommend that you call the Doctor to see if it's ok.

I would not sit around asking people on yahoo answer, I would be calling my doctor or going to a hospital. Because fever could mean anything, it could be something wrong with you or your baby, so don't just sit there and wonder why. CALL YOU DOCTOR. Good Luck and God Bless

do no longer permit your physique temperature go over 102 ranges Fahrenheit. it is quite risky for the toddler. Take 2 greater-power Tylenol and wait a pair of hours. If it won't go down, call your scientific expert. solid luck! :)
