It most likely touches something deep within you. Do you wish for a great love? Did you loose a love? Then, it hits that nerve. If you ask yourself what it is and then take the time to relax and really think about it, you will find the answer.

Yes this is not normal unless you cry at everything at the drop of a hat...then of course you have sensitivity issues on a scale that would have life living you instead of you living life.

If it was me I would be seeking for my self 'immediately' a self help therapist, life coach, or start spiritual studies! Something!

However, it is one song and you may be suprised it is not actually the 'song' but something in the 'song' that has a keyword that triggers an automatic responce out of you, for whatever reason. If it is so bad this bothers you, then ok, seek self help...if it doesnt and you are able to live life if the doorbell rings then you have nothing to worry about, .... I get the feeling the doorbell may ring and you would keep crying lol! Well you are a soft bunny and that is fine. Obviously you have something 'else' that this songs brings out in you...may be you need to sing..and release....

Have you thought of private singing lessons...I have heard they are a blast and are very confidence building even if that is all you ever do with it.....

Did you know that emotions find balance and peace of mind when expressed through creative expression? Any creative outlet.....

No you're definately NOT abnormal. You're actually very sensative. Try to figure out what in the song triggers your tears-a memory of something that happened while you were listening, or if the actual music tugs at your soul, there's so many times that we all "Feel" music, completely natural ;)

Absolutely not. Some things can trigger more emotion from other people. It doesn't make you weak or anything. If you were crying over spilled milk, then we'd be concerned. Confession: "Return of the Jedi" is a real tear-jerker for me at the end of the movie. Don't know why, but it does. I never cry through other movies, but this one hits a nerve.

It is not "abnormal".

You have feelings and You should be proud of them.
I cry very often too.... while we are watching a good movie
like "Cyranno De Bergerac" ---- the scene when our hero
dies... What is wrong with that !? It is important to have --- not only in this situations --- a strong man, who comforts You. Cry if You like it. It is a very good sign... some gentle GENTLEMAN is supposed to read this signs...

Good luck and with love from Germany.

Stop listening to the piece of music. Some songs are sad, but to cry alot over any song, you're too emotional. Does the song trigger some memory for you? Maybe you need to deal with the memory of it so it's not so bad for you.

You could stop listening to the song. It's not abnormal. I was kind of this way with Samuel Barber's "Love Song" for a while.

Maybe you're associating the song with an event in your life. If you don't remember a specific event, you could be doing it subconsciously. It's not abnormal to have feelings when you hear a song.

Not at all. It is merely bringing back a memory. In NLP we call this an anchor.. something that affects something else and is linked to the first event. In fact, it can be a very healthy way to release pent up emotions

No, I would think that is normal, it just touches your heart and soul more than some of the other songs do. Haven't you ever heard of Soul Music before. Or maybe it could be..Well you know that time of M.... That makes most woman very emotional. sunnydays
