I want other people to adopt me. How?

I want to be with another family.

You need to get your legal guardian to file in court that they are willing to put you up for adoption. If the Family Court Judge accepts the petition you are ready to go, if not your guardian would need to file an appeal.

How old are you? If you are an adult, why would you want to be adopted? If you are a child who is being abused, or mistreated in some other way, contact your local social services office and tell them your story. You may not be adopted, but placed in a foster home. Despite the horror stories, not all foster homes are bad. At least, the social services would be aware of your situation. If you are just lonely and want someone to love you, join a church, synagogue or a similar group of people who care for each other. Remember, Jesus loves you and you can always turn to Him. Numbers 6:24
