Do I get charged monthly or no?

I just purchase a downloadable song from a website buy.com (http://www.buy.com/default.asp), it was for $0.75 I was wondering if you get charged monthly for this transaction/purchase, or is this one time payment sort of deal? Anyone know... Thanks.

sounds like a one time action for only one song and each song after that you download
