DOSE ANYONE know how to remove the govoner from a HONDA 6.5hp lawnmower motor?

i have a honda 6.5 hp lawnmower motor that i want to remove the govoner off of. can anyone tell me how to do this? and maybe even pics on what part is what and what comes off,gets moved and modified? thank you

not in any respect idea about a neighbour's' vile gadget...... there is no longer because backyard mowers are pretty designed to wake the different 0.5 up and do them out of a lot-deserved weekend sleep-in.
