Clear your history by going to Tools, Options, History or Preferences. Make your changes there.

You can also use the delete button for your search in the search bar.

click on tools at the top on your internet page

then click on internet options
You want to delete cookies,
Delete files and then clear history

this should clear all your history from view ( there will still be items in your temporary internet files but unless you have some1 scanning your computer and just want to delete them from your history and from the drop down address bar, this should do the trick, but again it deletes all addresses not just google and yahoo

if you mean the aotucomplete function, go to "control panel" open "interenet options" go to "content" go to "autocomplete" at bottom, click on this, gives you options to stop the autocomplete, will stop remebering what you search for on google etc
