Rupee, because of two reason
some time if countrys export is too high government delebrately lower its value. as chines currency is strong but they are not increasing its value
and its weaker due to bad economic condition of a country.
i dont think so india's economy is so bad so i think reason no 1 is valid

Rupee is Indian Currency. Strongness & weakness, of currency, depends on economic condition, of one country. US of A is a developed economy and it is a rich nation. Whereas, India's is a developing economy and it will take some years to get fully developed and become rich. India, got out of imperial subjugation, only, 50 years back.
