I guess from what you are saying that the tablet is still in the compartment, maybe you don't know that the cover flips open after the start of the cycle and the tablet swishes around to dissolve. If this is what is happening then there is a fault with the cover release mechanism or electrics that open it. Check that the latch is not sticking, and if this is the case just put the tablet inside the machine till you get it fixed.

Um... well it happened to me before to.... and i Found out that my soap was not melting loll because it was getting very drowsy so i just guessed that because my mechanical supervisor was there he helped me with everything. probably you should call someone you know that could fix it for you. Or my guess buy another soap..... if it is this soap you had for a long time like kept buying same one yeah call some one . Catch ya L8ta If ya got it fixed n Your welcome........... :)

Sounds like you may have a problem with your thermostat. Get a litle man in to have a look at it.

I would switch to liquid - that happened at our house and we just did not have the water pressure. Liquid helped
