My new suede jacket smells like dead cow, how do I get the smell out?

Well DON'T wash it. It's leather- that'll ruin it. I'm a little confused about why you want to get the new leather smell OUT. Most people who like leather love that. Just wear your coat and it'll start to smell like you and whatever soap you use rather than what it is- which is a dead cow.
