My Windows XP PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Internet Explorer 7...I checked my pc and it said Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 is required for Internet Explorer 7. Is there a way to upgrade?

Go to Windows Update & search for the service pack. The download patch is for free.

Turn on automatic updates or go to updates.microsoft.com and get the updates.
