hmmm. thats hard. how does death sound? need to elaborate? try death by severe muscular contractions with acute chemical poisoning in the gut and the liver. chances of survival is terribly slim, being 0.000000001% in 100. even if you're unlucky to survive, you're spend the rest of your life as a vegetable, eatin' and shittin' in the same spot till the day you really give up the struggle to live (and trust me, that dream will come soon). you are unable to control your limbs, suffering from epileptic seizures everytime Venus and Jupiter is in the tenth house and chattering of teeth every night. even though you may seem brain dead to even the most experienced of doctors, you will constantly experience a mind-killing pain to the left of your stomach. and you wont be able to communicate your feelings to your carers.

Depends on your over-all state of health and what your kidney function is like. At the very least you would be likely to get some bleeding into your gut, which may or may not be accompanied by gut cramps. At the most your kidneys could be severely compromised as large doses of ibuprofen affect the efficiency of the kidney. Don't do it! And take your normal dose with food just to be on the safe side.
