Sorry but it sounds like you got suckered. File for joint custody and do what that other person said and get your own place.

Since this is not the first time she has kicked you out you might want to start working on getting your own place. Make sure it's a place big enough for you and your daughter. After that you should file for part or sole custody.

Make sure you get joint custody first of all.Then you can set up other arrangements through a good attorney.But by no means should you let her have full control over all of this!I did exactly that,and now I am paying the price heavily!
