blog means reporting abuse, so what is abuse?

blog = web log = you post your thoughts like some dairy on the web.

Abuse = defamation. When you insult someone or spread rumors about them that would lower their respectability, then you would get sued or in big trouble.

It's different things to different people. Some people are more tolerant and others are insane. Once you report something it's up to the person you report it too to decide if it's real abuse.
