replaced a what water pump and clutch fan to the water pump now when i got it back together the engine wants to idol high how can i find the problem?

from what i understand that there is leak in vaccuum hose how do i detect the leak and fix it if there a pin hole in the hose do i replace the whole hose its for an f-150

the engine is giving only loud sound it seems that cluch is firmly tightened normally in case the engine became hot this cluch activta fan speedas same as engine speed go back to maintanance team and tell them about the problem,there is a mistake in maintanace.

Not enough info. Could be timing belt, as well as many other things based on your information given. I had an older car that the throttle cable would stick, had to lube it with WD-40 every couple weeks.

It could be a air pocket at the water temp sensor.Your car may "think" its cold outside thus keeping the engine idle high.
