I think you first step would be to WRITE a letter not WRIGHT. Getting a letter to a CEO is virtually impossible, that's why they have assistants. They screen every piece of mail that comes in. You can always try their first initial and last name @bankofamerica.com but even that may be screened by someone. I would suggest you just send your letter through the chain of command in order to get whatever you are looking to get accomplished.

Even if you get an address, I doubt if your letter will receive serious attention as your statement should read: I would like to know how to write a letter to the CEO of Bank of America.
Please note the corrected spelling, capitalization and punctuation.
