it just feel sticky, feel like the bag have been left under the sun... but it not that case, it just feel sticky and i got it new. how do i get rid of the sticky. the whole bag feel sticky

I just had this problem. If you have one of those disinfecting wipes, scrub out your entire bookbag. It will kill the germs and it's easier to get the sticky stuff off than water alone.

I would wash in on delicate cycle with mild soap and hand dry.

If it is new bring it back to the seller and get your money back. Otherwise rinse it off with water.

if washing it doesnt help try goo-gone. u can get it at walmart.
