My new video ipod keeps turning off on the same mp3.
Ive deleted the whole album and reloaded it, and the same thing happens. The rest of the album, and the rest of my music library seems ok (so far) but this one track just wont play.
Is it a fault with the ipod or is it a dodgy mp3?

same thing happened to me....I deleted the song, reloaded, and reconverted to aac format...the song works perfectly now.

If you are hooking your iPod up to a P.C. then there is a distinct Chance you may a Windows based Virus(Which has affected one file!)
Run a Clean sweep of your terminal and re-install iTunes(Hopefully You've backed up your iTunes onto a Portable hard Drive?!)
If this continues- i suggest you return your iPod to an Apple retail Outlet and inquire about a replacement(There are STILL faulty 30Gb iPods Out there!

I have a suggestion.Buy a Creative-Zen.Because it's cheaper and it's more durable compared to an Apple Ipod.

there might be just some wrong with that song ... try reloading the whole album except for "that song" and then download it from the internet or where ever...

i would suggest reinstalling your itunes and clearing your ipod.. then try it all again.. or u can bring it to the ipod shop.
