No you never will get Your old password which yOu recover from secret Question.

For recovering dummy password visit sing in problem page where u have to give some detail like B'day ur city PIN and id then if u verify this correctly you will get securtiy Question if u verify ur security Question u get new password either same time or u can get if from Your Primary mail ID.

Most of the time you are required to provide your email id on "forgot password", try that first. If it does not work contact the administrator of the website.

its doubtful that will get your password without the secret question. its to stop anyone from getting into your account that this question has been kept.
