If you use Yahoo then log into your account and click the mail icon. From there you should see a My Account button right below where it says Welcome. Click the account button. All your information will show up and it will allow you to change your password. (Yahoo will ask you for your password before you can change your account settings and your password)

For Verizon sign into your account and when you see your mail show up then click the my account button. You will see a button that says edit your password or secert question. From there you will be able to change your password.

cl on Internet Explorer
You are asked for your Yahoo ID and password
If you forgot your password or wish to change it -- cl on "Forgot your ID or Password"? Sign in Help

You will have to identify yourself then you will be given a generic password which you will use to login.

After you are logged in,
cl My Account (under Welcome, top of window)
Here you can change your password to something you can better remember.
