Not particularly professional I'm afraid but I heard it makes you come quicker - more sensitive. Although I'm sure in time you wouldn't notice a difference. You'd get used to the heightened sensitivity and hold it off another 30seconds =P
It does look nicer though and is more hygienic.

If you've made it 30 years with your foreskin without major problems and you enjoy it that way, why change it? There is no significant difference from a health perspective as long as you maintain proper hygiene.
Circumcision removes a lot of nerves in the foreskin, so sensation will be reduced afterwards; however, it won't reduce nor increase premature ejaculation. Many men who're circumcised also ejaculate prematurely, so on the whole, circumcision doesn't affect it much. Sex will feel different afterwards but it's hard to say if that's good or bad. Some people feel it's better afterwards, some say it's much worse; depends on the flip of the coin.
If your foreskin works properly and you get pleasure out of it, you might not want a circumcision because it might feel worse afterwards. But, if you've had serious problems with your foreskin, it makes sense that it should be better afterwards.

The only positive benefit is that if you never bathe at all (or once every week at most) this will fractionally assist hygiene. If you wash at all regularly then there is no noticable benefit to hygiene.
As for how it will affect sexual performance, you may actually improve because without a foreskin the nerves in the glans of the penis become damaged and less sensative so premature ejaculation will be less of a problem. Although the downside of this is that you will not gain as much enjoyment as sensation is reduced.
Here are some websites I have looked at on this subject - there are cases for and against this surgery:
http://www.naturalfamilyonline.com/2-ch/412-circumcision.htm
http://www.cirp.org/library/general/BMJ/
http://www.mothersagainstcirc.org/religious.htm
And there is this link:
http://www.circumstitions.com/Restric/Botched1sb.html
which shows you what happens when things go wrong.

Circumcision will definitly smoothen sex activity. The uncircumcised will have to push the skin on the backward which may sometimes be painful. Circumcission has no relation to reduce or increase chances of premature ejaculation. Circumcission is considered hygeinic.
It is an act of removing the skin growth over the head of the male organ. Age is no bar getting it done and there will be no negatives as you fear. It is just like any other minor operation.

I'm not a professional, but having been circumcised a little under 3 months ago at the ripe old age of 38, I can say from in my personal experience that once you are healed up (takes about a month) there is absolutely no difference in sensation or time it takes to go from start to finish.

My husband has been circumsized since he was a baby. I don' t think it makes any difference to your sex life. I am not a professional and i think as this is obviously an important issue you should discuss it with whoever would do the operation.
I wouldnt agree with having it done at the age of 30 just because your culture supports it. Why didnt your parents have you done as a baby if this is the case?
However, a friend of ours had it done for medical reasons at age 50, and he is fine, and all in working order.
Good luck.

I'm a proffesional as I've been circumcised. It was my parents decision at my birth. I consider myself as good as the next bloke in the sack. I certainly have good staying power( when I want to). I should think it'll take a little time to for your old boy to get used to being in the fresh air but once you're ove r the healing process you'll be as good as the best of us. Dont worry mate my two brothers would say the same as me too so thats 3 blokes who get along just fine in that dept.

You will have a greater chances of having large sperm count, less infection, increase sex drive, but the chnaces of reducing or increasing premature ejaculation is unwarranted.

well.. removal of the prepuce(foreskin), is highly hygienic... the prepuce serves as protection of the head of the penis and makes highly ticklish on your partner when having sex...
When, it is removed, your ability to tickle or arouse your partner good is likely to diminished, but it can be compensated upon your sex positions and style or passion in sex...
Although in some countries... circumcission, is done in a different way. The foreskin is not removed, rather it is being altered and brought around the head of the penis, exposing the head only... the skin hangs around the head, because it'll serve something to give pleasure to your parnter...
but.. as long as you have passion in sex and you are good in it.. no prob, if you're circumcised.
