this is probably the last thing you want to hear - but exercise and keep fit and eat well - all things that are forgotten when we work too hard - without those you wont sleep restfully and then you will be tired all the time

Hopefully the job is paying enough to take that much of your time. You can do this for awhile if you are getting some time to look forward to like a day without work. Whether it is Saturday, Sunday or a day during the week. Spend that with someone you love and doing relaxing stuff. If you have a family right now they might be wondering what you look like and do you still live with them. Just know your future plans on working these long hours

Contrary to popular belief, caffeine boosts do not in any way reduce tiredness. I ought to know as I have been an insomniac for the whole of my life. If this is going to be a regular thing, cheer up because your body will get used to it. As for short-term, there isn't much you can do except have a warm bath with lavender oil in it before you go to bed and have a cool shower in the morning. If you have lemon juice, then drink of hot water and plenty of lemon juice tomorrow morning to revitalise you.

Your lucky My boyfriend finishes work at 11.30pm and starts at 8 the next morning. The bus journey home takes around 45Min's to an hour so he doesn't get in til around half past midnight and has to be up at 6 am to get ready and leave for work. At most he gets 5hrs sleep.
I usually run him a bath ready for when he gets in and I have an oil burner with lavender oil. I then make him tea and toast and give him a slight massage especially on his head, this helps him relax he falls asleep no problem.
Try using lavender oil and have a quick soak it should work. And be glad of the extra hours you get compared to my fella.

I think you need a tool that can make money for you 24/7. Drinking coffee or have enough rest is good at this time. But, consider creating website or blog like mine to generate some extra income and maybe you will be more relax with only a fulltime job. Let your wesite make money for you.
Have you heard of Google Adsense program? You can make some legitimate money if you have a blog at Blogger.com of a free website like Google pages which will allow you to publish Google Adsense. http://tashi.web.design.googlepages.com/website-sponsor
It's very personal and it depends on how you define a good career or business. First, set a goal for what? do you want in life. Plan what you will do to reach your goal.
I always tell people this, 'You can make money if you can create website or blogs'. by providing free and good information.
I'm 41 now, work from home in shorts and T-shirts and sometimes topless. I set my target as low as to make 1 dollar/page/day. I strive to create a new page for my websites everyday but I have all the freedom I need and making money 24/7 on the internet with Google Adsense and some affiliate programs. The only thing that tie me down is 'how much income I want or need'. Because the more websites and traffic I have will determine how much income I can much.
Anyone who can create websites or blogs to provide lots of good information can make money from Google Adsense. Blogger.com and Google pages lets you create blogs for free and allows you to make money too.
You can make money by joining me or Google as a publisher and publishing Google Adsense on your websites. If someone clicks on those ads, you will earn money.
I'll be working on this website http://tashi.web.design.googlepages.com soon after I'm done with my client's website.
This woman is old and jobless and I can see that she's trying her best. I'll help her a little when I'm done with my current project next week. When you get home tonight, have a long warm bath, read a good book and go to sleep. When you wake up in the morning, have a healthy breakfast and relax a bit before you leave for work. It's worth it getting up a few minutes earlier as being in a big rush only makes you more tired.

Make sure you eat properly and dont try and rush around, pace yourself. When you are travelling to and from, make sure you relax either sit quietly or read whatever relaxes you most. I work weird shifts myself and I just try and close my eyes for 10 minutes in any breaks I have and I eat slow energy release foods such as bread, pasta etc., dont grab chocolate and crisps because they only give a quick spurt of energy and then you feel worse.

Its all in the mind, being tired or energetic dear friend. If your goals are met because of your job, you should infact be more thrilled to tell everybody that this job is great and it provides you what you want. Enjoy whatever you do. And yes of course please follow on the part of eating habits and sleep with some of breathing techniques as suggested above.Chill out.

In the UK, Working Time Regulations say that you are entitled to be away from the workplace for 11 hours. But what you are doing maybe voluntary. You just need to get home quick and get to bed.
