I don't answer questions to get 10 points, I've noticed that a lot of best answers are given to answers that come from people the asker knows, even if their answer is rubbish....
you could always prove me wrong.......

It's really rubbish. That is never possible unless you get best answe and you don't get best answer everytime too.

I answer questions on the basis of my knowledge.no point answering rubbish for the person which is really frustrating as people give one word or irrelevant answer just to get points.

I try not to because that kind of question is on the no no list. It is considered gaming for points. You run the risk of meeting the Deleter Police!

Hey, I did that once to see how quick someone could be to answer me the right answer. I got violated for that. Get real I wanted to see how long it would take to get the right answer, I do not think I was doing anything wrong.

Yes. But if they ever said something like "for 11 points" I wouldn't.. Because I would know they were lying... And lying is wrong.... And wrong people annoy me... But to answer you original question, yes I occasionally do.
