There is little benefit to taking megadoses for many supplements. For the water soluble vitamins/minerals, your body takes what it needs and you P out the rest. In some cases, megadoses can give you stomach pain, diarrhea and cramps. Taking more than the recommended dosage can be a waste of money. If you have to do it, keep it at two per day rather than five.

First you should find out if these vitamins are from live source or a test tube. Test tube vitamins (synthetic) can cause DNA damage after long term use. And like the other posts have mentioned, too much of anything cant be good for you. I have found a good Web site at www.healthline.com where they only sell live source vitamins and minerals.

Idon't think vitamins can make you sick but I wonder why you want to take
so many. If your body can's absorb them you will end up passing them in
your stool or urine. This may cause discomfort in those areas. Is that what
you are looking for. Please just take the recommended amount.

Your body holds onto vitamins taken into your body.......eventually you will give yourself liver or kidney failure........Most peoples diet allow them for all the vitamins and minerals they need.....you may have heard of a good balanced diet.....this is balanced because it provides all these neccesary nutrients required.

is there a WARNING label anywher on the packaging or in the box in which it was purchased?
if the answer is yes; there's your answer.
i've only come across one brand (shaklee - i don't use it or sell it) that i haven't seen a warning label on. (my looking at warning labels is an ocd thing i think)

Yes. Too much of absolutely anything is bad. For example fibre, it helps your digestive system but too much of that stuff can cause bowel cancer.
