do you mean their snoring is affecting your aim and you are asking if it is possible. You may have to find a way to quiet them down while you take aim.

I am sure you could and probably plead insanity from lack of sleep. I advise to have him see a doctor. He may have sleep apnea that is causing the snoring or another health condition but most cases of snoring are curable.
