I've been looking around a few shops, can only find recordable DVD players, does anyone know where I can find just a recordable CD player to buy? Thanks.

Hello Emma:
You can find a lot of recordable cd's in shops nowdays.
Go to any computer stores like Comet or PC World, stationary like Rymans or Staples or big supermarkets, like Tesco, Sainsburys. They usually sell them there.
You can also buy them online, but be careful what they sell you.
I recomend quality discs, like Imation, Verbatim or Philips. Try and compare.
Find shops, malls or big stores near you
Good luck
Glad to help
Laura
