Goodness, that's like choosing your favourite child... Hm... I reckon Small Gods. But then, there's Soul Music, Reaper Man, Witches Abroad, Mort... No, Small Gods it is.

Tough question - they are all good, particularly the Discworld books. If really pushed I have to say Night Watch, then Going Postal.

That's a tough question! I love so many of them.
I think of the early one's my favourites are Mort and Guards! Guards!
A lot of the more recent ones are exceptional for their greater depth of plot and characterisation... but I have a less clear memory of them, possibly because they reuse characters I'm already so familiar with that they blur together.
Thinking about it - I'll go for Mort - if only because I think Death is being written out of the more recent books! He needs a comeback!

It would have to be one of the City Watch books - in fact just about any of them would do - I was very taken by THUD, which just goes to show the man gets better as he goes on. That goes for Pratchett and Vimes.

I adore "The Carpet People"... its not discworld but it is totally awesome. Then there is the trilogy "Truckers", "Diggers" and "Wings" that are a smooth read and very amusing.

"Good Omens" It is a collaboration with Neil Gaiman about the end of the world. It is the funniest book I have ever read.
