For those places which are currently in Daylight Saving Time, the clocks will go back an hour at 3am on the last Sunday in October.
I have heard that some places want to change the dates for 2007.
Arizona and Hawaii and one other state do not observe Daylight Saving Time, nor does the Philippines, to name but one other country.

yes, the clocks will get pushed back 1 hour on the 29th of october. its done at 2am so its best if you push the clocks back before you go to bed on saturday the 28th. That way when you wake up sunday morning you will be all set with the correct time

The clocks still go back, YES
Time is changing all of the time
There have been suggestions to stay on BST all of the time but Parliament is frightened to go ahead and do it
