How can I tell if my fancy goldfish are male or female?

I have 2 regular goldfish, 1 black moore, and 2 calicos. Also. how do I breed these guys?

It's only hard to tell when they are still babies. The easiest way for me to tell is by looking at their vent, where the poo comes out. If it sticks out a little bit its a girl, if it's flat or goes in a little then its a boy.

Their Dorsal fins are slightly higher than a Male's.
