There are two kinds of miltivitamin. There are those that are used by athletes who weight train and the other kind are for everybody's use. Those multivitamins for atheletic benefits usually contain some substance that would change your normal urine color.

as you can see.. this mulivitamins are being processed in the liver... as this multivitamins are being reduced to its useful chemical structure for the body to use... Your liver produces urochrome depending upon the chemicals it processes or detoxifies... This urochrome is delivered to the kidney as a waste product... so when urine is formed... this urochrome makes your urine amber in color.. the higher the concentration of urochrome... the more amber in color...

Because you are taking a daily vitamin.

Stop taking it and the urine will return to original color.

This happens to everyone, basically it means your vitamin is
in your system and working.

B vitamins,and some others will do this.When I take b6 my pee turns bright yellow.

B complex vitamens are yellow

its the magnesium in the vitamin,the more u take the crazier it will look
