I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have been congested since the way beginning. My doctor suggested sucking on cough drops or strong peppermints. But I don't see why Vicks Vaporub would be harmful in any way. Always check the label on the back for warnings.

I had a terrible cold whild pregnant. My doctor told me that I could take Benedryl to help with the stuffy nose. Just make sure it is Plain banadry, not benadryl cold. Also vicks is fine to use. But, if you need something a little more heavy-duty try the Benadryl.

u can use it. my doc said i can also use tylenol sinus, benadryl, sudafed, robittusin and sucrets cough drops also. my dad gave me some eucalyptus and lavender oil and that cleared me up more than the drugs did. try putting one or both of those essential oils in a vics vaporizer ($15 at wal-mart) and it will blow steam infused with the oils at u while u sleep. that's the only way i could get any shut eye

congrats on the baby!!
