is this a case management conference? If she's your estranged wife....there shouldn't be any more case management conferences set forth by the court. Your prove-up dissolution should have already been completed.

Your attorney should be present at any and all court proceedings including the case management conferences!

Probably a good Idea. Especially if her lawyer is going to be present.

Yes! A friend of mine didn't and his ex wifes lawyer cleaned out his bank account and he is still paying alinmony, 20 years now. You need to protect yourself.

i would suggest he/she attends any legal proceedings. this protects you from he said, she said problems
