It was the day I forgave someone for something most people and myself at one stage in my life would class as unforgivable.
I finally realised that holding a grudge was turning me into a very bitter, nasty and completely unfriendly person. I now know that to have this person in my life is far more important to me than not having them. She knows who she is.
So my pivital moment is when I realised that sometimes enlightenment comes from the most unexpected places.
And standing by your principles just for the sake of those principles is sometimes the worst thing you can do.
We live learn and love a little deeper when we look inside ourselves.

One that I am currently in! I had believed that my relationship I am/was previously in was going to last longer then 2+ years though I found out sometime last week that I was wrongly mistaken! Now atm my life has changed alot due to I have no clue as to what direction I should head? Which way I should steer myself? Or what is even going to happen? I would talk to him everyday from the moment I wokeup and until the very last minute until I slept. My life has changed by losing him, but not only have I lost him I've also lost him as my best friend. Who knows maybe my life will steer back towards his direction? Hopeully... I realise this might sound so pathetic to some considering my age but hey its deffinetly had the power to change my life around. When I lost my sister, that changed my life forever. I could sit here & type my day away on how much her loss has changed my life. In a positive perception, her passing has made me want to live every damn second I get as if it were literally my last. I believe it also is now helping me grow into a better person, its taught me to be more forgiving & to value people more because nobody knows just how numbered our days are. Growing up :P So many choices & chances in life. I think whichever I choose will deffinetly be a life-changing moment. I think having a child would be one of the most life changing, although I can't list that just yet lool @ Nono: Thankyou, thats very sweet of you to say that. I appreciate your kind words. Yes, we will all meet someday! Until that day comes, bless you for the rest of your time. @ Gass: Thankyou. Your words are also appreciated

The most pivital moment in my life was when I lost my dad to a heart attack when I was 20. He was only 55. I realized that I had a lot of regrets about the way that I had treated him and I started to really appreciate those people around me. It made me grow up. I also realized that the way I was living was unhealthy and shed 70 pounds.

My girlfriend grabbed me by the throat and asked if I was ever going to marry her, and after some thought, I said I would. That pretty much put an end to everything that I was doing like, advancing in careers, martial arts, independent thought and action....

My pivotal moment was having my first child. Prior to that I had no real direction. Having children made me settle down and get serious about my life. If it weren't for having children I'm not sure I would have ever chosen to be an adult.

My mothers death, losing my virginity and graduating with a Bachelor in Education (English Literature).
Mothers death - equipped me with dealing with physical loss and realising love lingers on after death.
Losing my virginity - realised that I can express love through sexual intimacy and share something special with the one I love.
Teaching - Love of knowledge and pursuit of expression through language and creative study of poetry, plays and essays.
