Go daddy has some of the best rates around for small business email and websites. First you would need to register a domain name (website)--about $9 US annually then add on email accounts. With Go Daddy you can either set up Outlook for email, or use their web based site made just for email.

My business did this for 4 years before we ever developed the website and it worked great. In that way our email looked professional and all our employees were able to have their own email: employeename@ our companyname.com

Cost is minimal (about $40 a year for 250 accounts, we are nowhere near our limits) and looks very professional.

In my opinion, a company that uses free email like yahoo, hotmail, gmail, aol, etc., makes me question their stability. After all if a company cannot afford $50 a year for professional email, I doubt they will be around to help me if I need them.

I agree that GoDaddy has the best email, including a great emailing program.

Click on this link, and go to the "email" tab:
