There are alot of places to download anime music. The best place I know of and has the latest music from almost every anime is www.Gendou.com.
They have over 50,000 MP3 songs.
But if the anime you're searching for isn't there I'd say check out NarutoFan.com's media section. They too, have alot of different anime songs, episodes and manga.

You can also search Myspace music for the anime name or just search anime. You dont even need an account
