It's because of puberty and being a teenager. Just find a mirror and click on it. There is option to put on some spot cream. That should help. And no, teenagers cant have babies unless you use some weird cheat.

Teenager - maybe acne, chicken pots or pimples.
And no, they can't get pregnant - only adults and the elderly.
