u can go 4 a hot shower 10 - 20 mins after exercise.. never shower immediately..

Always take a shower, you need the cool down, and if you eat too soon after strenuous exercise you most likely will throw up.

I usually shower and cool down and relax a bit first, drink some fluids, then eat. Keep working out!!!
