If so, what are the names of these meanders and which part of the basin can they be found?

Take a look at the maps you find at the link below. Although it's hard to tell at this magnification, I would say that several of the Congo's tributaries have meanders, even if the main river itself does not.

Meanders can be seen at the fine level. This is where a river loops lazily in its flood plain, digging out a new channel on one side, and leaving a lake on the other.The Congo meanders as much as the Mississippi.
