Sugar Soap and warm water.
The oil emulsifies in warm water.
Do not scrub hard as it will make the area light coloured..

mix soap,mild bleach and warm soda and try . it takes 2 to 3 times to do a good job

oil disolves oil so use a vegetable based oil soap like murphy's first. if that doesn't help you might use wd40 on it lightly then clean immediately with murphy's. good luck

Try some engine degreaser on a tiny test area (out of sight!) & see how it goes.
