Not a bad pic, but the lighting could be better. The focus also appears to be slightly out, unless that was deliberate.

It's a good pic, but I think you should drop your shoulders slightly, to give you a natural, yet beautiful pose.

In the picture the girl looks sad or scared.But if you had a smile on her she would look more confident, the girl is very pretty though.
