Nascar drivers, skydivers, meth addicts, sprinters, and that cashier at 7-11 who's been there for 24 years and can give you your change without you noticing the cash drawer opening and closing.
Speed works well in some cases, but taking my time appeals to me the most.

Speed dating? Would that lead to a string of ten minute stands? It would be like those places where you drop your camera film off. There are more negatives than positives and things never quite develop right.

been there, done that and the picture is not pretty. I agree with MH, to do the same thing over and over with different peeps is depressing to say the least.
It's like being on a constant interview. One of the reasons I do not date anymore. Sick and tired of an ugly game.

The very very lonely.
From my perspective, I can't imagine how lonely you would have to be to put yourself through the torture of having to make 2 minute first impressions over and over and over again. Good lord. That just smells of loneliness and depression. And that's not a smell I enjoy.

Losers with no confidence in their ability to capture the heart and mind of another person. But on the flip side, there are many people with no hearts or minds for them to match up with. So...let em go for it.
